Do you offer payment plans?
I sure do! After our discovery call, I include a proposed payment plan in your project proposal based on what we talked about and what your business needs. It’s not set in stone, and I’m always happy to adjust it if needed so it works for you.
Just a heads up, any design files or website pages won’t be released until the project has been paid in full.
What if I don't know what package I need?
No need to stress, that’s exactly what our discovery call is for. During our call, we’ll talk through your vision for your business, what’s currently working (and what isn’t), and the goals you’re chasing this year.
From there, I’ll take everything we cover and put together a custom project proposal based on what I truly think will support and grow your business. That proposal will include your timeline, payment plan, deliverables, and all the good stuff so you know exactly what to expect.
I’ll be right there with you through every step of the process.
What is a Wcag approved color palette?
WCAG stands for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Basically the standard for making sure your brand colors are readable and accessible for everyone, including people with visual impairments or color blindness. When I build your palette, I make sure the contrast between your text and background colors meets these guidelines so your content is easy to read across your website, printed materials, and beyond. It's one of those behind-the-scenes details that protects your brand long-term and shows your audience that you've built something thoughtful and inclusive from the ground up.
what does it look like to work with you?
what does it look like to
work with you?
When you choose to work with me, you’re choosing a true collaboration. We’ll work closely together to shape a brand that feels aligned, intentional, and unmistakably you.
So what does that actually look like? Throughout your project, we’ll stay in constant communication, from strategy calls to ongoing conversations inside your client portal. You’ll always know what’s happening and what’s coming next.
My dogs might make a guest appearance during meetings, and I may go off on the occasional rabbit trail, but at the end of the day, this is a partnership. My goal is simple: to make sure you walk away with a brand you genuinely love.
Do you offer ongoing support or updates?
Absolutely! I never want you to feel like you’re being left out to dry. After your project wraps, especially with my website projects, I’m always available for any questions you may have or for small glitches that need to be fixed.
For branding-only projects, you’re still not on your own. If you ever have a question, need brand or business advice, or just want to hop on a call and talk things through, I’m here.
When you sign on with me, you’re not just hiring a designer, you’re gaining someone who will always be in your corner.
Do you offer copywriting?
I don’t offer website copywriting as a service, but for all of my website clients, I highly recommend working with a professional website copywriter. I know that can feel like unfamiliar territory, so I’ve already done the heavy lifting and can provide a list of copywriters I trust and recommend.
I also understand that hiring both a copywriter and a brand and web designer can start to add up. If you already have website copy from a previous site, I’m more than happy to refine it and adapt it so it works as effectively as possible for your business.
What's your pause clause?
My pause clause exists to protect both my time and the project in cases where communication goes quiet. This is outlined in my contract, but to give a quick overview: if a client becomes unresponsive, I allow 7 days after a final check-in to receive a response.
If I don’t hear back within that time, the project is placed on pause. At that point, you have 30 days to resume the project. If you choose to restart within that window, a restart fee will apply.
If the project remains inactive beyond 30 days, it is considered cancelled, and any payments made are non-refundable.
